I have been a fan of science fiction since i was 8 years old, nearly 60 years ago... white, het, female, and now I write it. So guys, if you can't handle it, go back into the woodwork.

Hiring more people, especially bakers, so that the rest of the staff has the time to interact with the customers. I go there only because the local Barnes & Noble closed. It is one place to drink coffee (better than Starbucks) and talk with friends and even make art. But the people are overworked.
