It doesn't look like many folks are "buying the dip" as Trump goes golfing. The three biggest percentage losses in the Dow Jones Industrial Average all fell on a Monday after investors stewed over a weekend. Will we see another Monday on April 7 like these three Mondays in the past?

Tesla shares are down 26.41 percent ($100.18) since January 1. Here's how that compares to other big companies: Apple is down 3.33 percent; Microsoft is down 4.2 percent; Meta is up 9.55 percent; NVIDIA is down 15.19 percent; Amazon is down 5.39 percent; Alphabet Class A is down 8.66 percent.

You don't have to buy pizza that lines the pockets of U.S. corporations. Canadian alternatives include Pizza Pizza, Freshslice, Panago, and Boston Pizza. One of my Canadian faves is Pizza Heaven, which is in Dunbar and New Westminster. The chart below shows the top 10 U.S. pizza chains by revenue.
