I am a Cambridge CELTA and DELTA qualified English teacher in Spain. I've been teaching English as a foreign language for over 13 years. I'm passionate about innovation.
Valentine's day is almost upon us, and while it may not be the most exciting celebration of the year, it does give us an opportunity to switch things up in the classroom. Especially for boring Cambridge exam classes.

This is why I do what I do. 💪

This message really hit home. I remember those early days of teaching – the challenges, the overwhelm. But you've got this! Never stop learning and growing.

At our school we are always telling parents to encourage their children to read. However, they then look at you and say "Can you recommend a book?" or "so...where do I get them a book then?".

Finally, I can point them in the right direction.

Conversation classes can be a real bore if you don’t ask the right questions. That’s why this website is so useful.

Don’t forget there’s another 68 episodes on my YouTube channel.

When you run various social media platforms, you get to read lots of comments. Some are encouraging, others offensive and others make just make you laugh!

They can be a welcome distraction sometimes so here are a few of the funniest comments I've got on my YouTube channel in 2024. Enjoy 😅
