Trump y compañía dicen que Maduro lidera un ‘cártel’. Esto es lo que significa

DOJ filing shows prosecution considers Comey telling Graham he didn't remember getting a memo w/ the 'Clinton plan' thing to be part of the case. Grand jury no-billed the attempted perjury charge but they think it's still evidence for obstruction charge. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

The Trump administration's two-step hack of the system by which executive branch lawyers are supposed to help keep the presidency within the rule of law.

I turned on Alexa+, Amazon's new AI enhanced voice assistant, yesterday. While eating dinner a few minutes ago, asked for an update on the Cubs-Padres game and it said this. In real life, the Cubs were up 2-0 in the bottom of the fifth. So Alexa+, like other AIs, hallucinates and is unreliable.

I see some grasping at the line in the annex about how some IC analysts told Durham the emails looked likely authentic. Read the dates in the footnotes people. That was his starting point in going down this rabbit hole, before he gathered all the evidence to the contrary.

Interesting experiment in defining "woke/PC." I asked Grok why it was saying antisemitic things and it explained that after Musk said to make it less woke/PC, xAI dialed down its content filters so it started amplifying harmful and biased patterns from X threads.

After the adverse 9th Circuit ruling on Trump's ability to take federal control of the California National Guard, the state is trying to slow its broader legal challenges to Trump's deployment of troops in Los Angeles way, way down.

To the extent the Trump 1.0 admin addressed its understanding of the scope of unilateral presidential war powers, this 2018 OLC memo about bombing Syria for using chem weapons was it. Only addressed domestic law issues; ignored international law.
