One of the worst decisions in Supreme Court History led to internment of Japanese Americans (Korematsu v. United States, 323 U.S. 214 (1944)).

It was overturned in 2018.

A very one-sided buildup. It appears "t" (lower case) wants to be a war-time president. Historically, Americans generally support the president during war, and t probably seeks a boost his ratings as well as another ongoing distraction from the EPSTEIN FILES.

Yes, voter fraud does exist. In this case a Republican senator, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, isn’t telling voters the whole truth about his residence. Alabama Senator voting in Florida. And maybe he is dodging taxes illegally.

Election records show Tuberville voted in Florida after he says a homestead exemption puts his residency in Alabama.

For years Republicans have fought federal requirements for voting by pointing to the U.S. constitution and interpreting it to give that power to the states. But when they like the restrictions, federal encroachment on states’ rights (as they see them) is all good.

Sergeant Gonell @sergeantaqgo.bsky.social sent me this picture. This is his call log. Each call is an automated Dept of "Justice" notification saying "The defendant you testified against is being released from the dept of corrections."
Each defendant assaulted him.

One more something to rename -

There’s a large estate down south that should be renamed East Florida Federal Penitentiary. That might interfere with golfing, though.

Call it what you choose, but it seems we are about to have, for the first time, a president who is a felon out on work release without supervision.

I hope this doesn’t violate any posting rules.
