Today’s kitchen therapy → juiced peaches, strawberries, lemon, ginger, apples, clementines. Selected pulp became chutney, ricotta whipped w/ agave, layered into jars w/ PB, caramel & granola. Dessert now, leftover chutney-glazed chicken later. Fall vibes 🍂👩‍🍳

Today’s tea brew :
Sliced apple, 3 lychees, green tea leaves, white willow bark, fresh ginger, dried mandarin leaf, dried mini lime, goji berries, one date, dried longan berries, tea spoon of honey.

I have a tea pot that has a 30 minute setting.

I received an approval for a grant application in early Nov.

The grant payment was released this morning. ☀️🙏

I’m grateful to Creative Philadelphia + the City Council.

I will return this blessing 10-fold to the world. ❤️

One of the things I help artists with is applying for grants (don’t worry I write a lot better than I do in a quick rambling alt text lol). However , my main role is content editing. A lot of the time we don’t get a grant because our ideas aren’t clear and confidence is lacking. Simplifying your grant submission actually leads to more approvals .
