On Sept 15, the US Navy murdered a Colombian fisherman in an illegal extrajudicial strike in the Caribbean. His name was Alejandro Carranza. He was suffering from engine troubles and showing distress signals when he was murdered. Here's a photo of his hometown, Taganga.
