Our paper describing a cool FRET sensor for ssRNA using PPR proteins is out in NAR. A fun mixture of crystallography, single molecule FRET and some other methods. Special thanks to Nick Marzano, @bradyajohnston.bsky.social, Antoine van Oijen and Ian Small, University of Wollongong and UWA
