I love how he loves her, but I don't think I will ever get past being a lil disappointed. And it's for exactly this reason.

My first job, the CMO and lead accountant were having an affair. They had a standing Friday "lunch". There was at least one other "couple" too.
That's when I learned no matter the company, there's always at least one. Every new job, I know I'll find them. Ain't been let down once.

After months of being excited, nervous and anxious for the outcome, I finished my 1st workshop. It was the only one on soft skills at a very technical skills-focused conference.
Not only was it a full room, multiple ppl said it was the best session they've ever attended at this conference.

My son's kung fu academy is having Mother's Day classes today until next week. I decided to go today. The day after I went to the gym for the first time in forever.

According to my app, the weather was supposed to be the same as yesterday. High 60s/low 70s and cloudy so it was a bit chilly.
I walked into the store chilly. I walked out and it's mad humid...and HOT.
And all I can think about is I sent my child to school in a hoodie.
