Thanks for the heads up. The WPATH Standards of Care 7 says puberty blockers are reversible interventions for GD. They're prescribed after thorough assessment, with concerns like bone density loss managed by relevant doctors. SOC7 advocates care with proper medical supervision for the legit risks.

I do think there is a legitimate discussion to be made that under 18's can't consent, so the point of fertility/atrophy is a pretty good one to raise. But gender dysphoria can be very intense and might take a trans person's life before 18.

These concerns are valid, but:
Bone density loss is reversible with hormones.
No strong evidence supports white brain matter issues (more research helps).
Fertility requires informed evaluation.
No evidence links puberty blockers to IQ loss or cognitive issues. Studies show safety under supervision.
