One concern is the lack of a specific measure to unlock almost 300,000 homes on schemes permitted but currently stalled. Expecting boroughs to water down affordable commitments they accepted in good faith is not popular 2/2 @simonicity.bsky.social www.onlondon.co.uk/charles-wrig...

Thank you; insightful as ever. I'm wondering what the mechanisms will be to bring about measures suggested. Emergency revision of the London Plan? Mass call-ins? Will boroughs play ball on CIL? I'm guessing a major front-loading of London's AHP allocation for stalled schemes?
