The docket says that the judge agreed to release Juan Carlos Lopez Gomez on his own recognizance, but @llanosjackie.bsky.social reports that the prosecutor told the court that ICE has a hold on Lopez Gomez that takes precedence, so he remains in custody

Juan Carlos Lopez Gomez will be held in jail for the next 48 hours because he is under an ICE hold. Again, he is a U.S. citizen born in Georgia.
