Actually, people in those countries have very little power. We are experiencing much the same thing here. The average citizen in Honduras or El Salvador is impoverished and barely surviving. How could they be expected to mount a revolution against a military dictatorship when they are starving?

What if Gildan manufactures zero clothing in El Salvador? What good is a boycott if it targets the wrong people?

My daughter works for Gildan. Most if not all of their garments are manufactured in Honduras it Bangladesh. Don’t punish the workers in those countries
