He mentions it around 35 seconds in.

I don't believe the word "economic" is required in the last sentence.

Two of the people on this list are dead and at least 3 are Jewish.

And why he's hyping humanoid robots and robotaxis now. He knows it's becoming obvious they won't take over the auto industry so needs new hype factories.
March 6, 2025 at 8:54 PM
Totally agree, that's why I think the Toyota comparison point is not at all crazy. That might be *best case*. Anyway it's a hype stock, the question is when investors will wake up to that. Because they will, right? RIGHT?!
March 6, 2025 at 8:52 PM
Yup the market bets on future results. The crazy thing is that the P/E also far outstrips tech companies (usually in the 25-30 range which does land closer to the $50 target). But to your point Tesla hasn't actually *delivered* any game changing tech... while promising plenty.
March 6, 2025 at 8:28 PM
Not quite? It closed at $242.84 on Nov 4 per Yahoo Finance. But good progress nonethless. Zooming out to 1 year shows how far to go - the 52 week low is ~$138.
March 6, 2025 at 6:45 PM
The crazy thing is that $15 is generous. Applying the same P/E as Toyota gets you $15 so that's assuming Tesla should be valued the same as the largest automaker in the world despite selling ~6x fewer cars (2024: 10.8M Toyotas sold vs 1.8M Teslas).

The best part of BSI is that the first two letters can also accurately stand for things other than "broad, shallow."
March 6, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Totally fair point lol
March 5, 2025 at 10:28 PM
Agreed! Can you interview him for The Tyee? :)

Depressing that it got 13K likes but hopefully every single asshat liked it

At least start by moving the 100% tariff on BYD over to Tesla?

No, we do get YouTube but uploaders have the ability to restrict what country is a video is accessible for. It's very rarely a problem but pops up for things that are licensed per country like SNL or John Oliver.
March 2, 2025 at 6:45 PM
Oh the irony that SNL doesn't make the video available in Canada 🙃

I quite enjoyed Kiss from a Rose in the style of Metallica:

That's the hope! Get it down to the point where his creditors start asking for more collateral. Good source for more detail:

Put another way, to be valued at the same PE ratio as Toyota and most other car makers, TSLA should be $14, not $280.

It still has a LONG way to fall (even the 12 month low is $138 in April 2024) but absolutely this is a great start. 🍾

Damn I've heard good things about them but glad it's not my go to, Fernwood.

It's not showing up in search for me either (from Canada) but it is showing the label on the map. I sent them a nice note telling them that they can keep the relabeling to their US customers 😂
