We can debate if the SS would let him stop for photo ops at some point, but he's likely to have weeded out any agents who might push back on whatever he wants. The blood on his face seems off, it appears to originate near his mouth and streak back towards the side of his face.

The Washington Post has a video from yesterday that appears clean, unlike the altered crap going around today. In the video, both teleprompters can be seen after the shooting, and both appear intact.

I'll toss $10 in the kitty to see the Onion return to what it once was.
