The sequel trilogy never gets credit for looking very good while all of the Favreau/Filoni stuff looks like flat dog shit. It’s criminal imo.

Right, it’s always been clear that the way most people enjoy the thing is to be transported WHILE they’re watching it instead of treating it like there’s some quiz to study. You can get real Tolkien brained about it if you want, but that’s not the standard and maybe it shouldn’t be.
