The short version is they think it’s a cultural attack, like everything else.

The long version is that the new logo is a symptom of a bigger change where they’ve changed the decor from “old country store” to “farmhouse modern”. And the new CEO’s a woman, so I’m sure that’s part of it too.

They clearly don’t read comics. At least the covers they discuss feature the actual artist. Comics will do shit like give a Spider-Man book an alternate cover that has Wolverine doing the Scarface poster. Not to mention 2nd print covers, retailer incentive covers, covers for specific stores…
