I'm your bunny if you need help. Or at least a pointing in some direction. I've learned a lot... Cannot recommend a dietitian enough. They revolutionized my eating habits.

Heya. Type 2 for fifteen years, here. I do daily medications (metformin and invokana). The biggest challenge is replacing diet. There are things like keto bread, cauliflower instead of rice, nuts and fruit instead of sweet treats. Popcorn over chips... I'm not perfect but I've improved a lot.

Many many many times, I say "SAME."
