For reasons unknown, the federal court vacated yesterday's sentencing hearing for key #DWIEnterprise player Ricardo Mendez.
Sources speculate the resulting court records would have exposed yet to be named police command staffers.
Coincidently, lead FBI investigator has announced his retirement.

Why would the Mayor ask the Albuquerque Police Public Information Officer to gain access—apparently after hours—to sensitive law enforcement data and share it with his Chief of Staff and his Political Campaign Consultant via their private email accounts?

Another Indy News site has verified my reporting that there are only 300 Albuquerque police officers assigned to take calls for service. At times there are only 3 available for an entire shift in any given area command and those officers have been ordered to only make arrests for high-level crimes.

This month marks 3 years since 2 courageous victims of the

City of Albuquerque publishes report touting the police department’s success in decreasing the crime rates between 2023 and 2024.
