As an American who has tried clotted cream, I can kind of give you a sense of what it's like. It's kind of like a more solid version of whipped cream. Almost like a cross between whipped cream and whipped butter. It's very good and I don't know why it's not more common here.

Can we ban those 11 people instead? Because I think that will be a lot more effective.
