No monsters required, just Mother Nature. You could also build your city and then run it into the ground by inflicting massive budget cuts and power outages until riots occurred, followed by inevitable destruction.

Excellent. I have a similar unit, but this one is so dangerous, I was only allowed to take ownership of it on the understanding that I'd keep it away from animals and small children.

I was secretly hoping for a similar situation to the 'Primus' vs. 'Burmos' one, where another company produced a copy that real collectors dislike, and is therefore cheaper to buy. It worked for me in the past, so always worth checking.
