I felt this a lot as a young prof. One good thing g about getting old is that I don't sweat these things as much anymore. Your students are lucky to have a teacher who cares deeply about them which is much more valuable than a perfect test!

It happens to us all. As long as we are honest with students, they can be surprisingly forgiving.

Such a good show.

I have some things ready but not all. My morning class has been taught several times so I have lots of resources I can pull together quickly. The afternoon class, well.. we will figure it out as we go.

Jan 6 is late for us. We have started on Jan 2.

A mix. I rested for most fo the day then worked on one course for a few hours. So I started work relaxed and started the first day with some work done!

My mom has a fabric shops and she stocks chemistry fabric because she knows her daughter sometimes wants it. Sadly,the chemistry fabric is not always correct.

Nice! Classes start 1/6 for me and I posted all assignments for the term... for 1 course out of 3. The other two courses are still a blank Canvas and likely to remain that way until next week (both are new preps). #doesiteverstop
