Really sad that Malifaux used the undead pirate thing for just a single box of alt-sculpts that doesn’t even cover a full crew. If this was its own keyword I’d buy it so hard.

The problem with Malifaux being just into a new edition is I’d really like to watch some games played of 4e EVS to see how I’m supposed to but there just, aren’t really any.

I want to touch up a couple things and finish the base but I think I’m happy with the result here actually. The turquoise feels a little at odds but I wanted to include it somewhere as it’s the crew colour and I thinks it’s ok

Ok I put a gloss varnish on the water and painted the rim and actually this looks damn good, a scenic base does so much for an already good mini.

I had kinda put off painting any of my malifaux bc different game/scale/aesthetic was intimidating and also having a partially painted crew feels more wrong than a half painted mcp squad for some reason, but I have offically put paint on a machinist now.
