I don’t know how society hasn’t evolved past the need for estate agents. This listing has no floor plan, but they’ve created this absolute abomination?

after a day or so of staring blankly at a formula for evaporation, I think I’ve managed to create a @home-assistant.io sensor to tell me how long it will take for laundry to dry outside

“It’s highly unusual, I can assure you that”. Also, they’re very much desperately searching for literally anything to post - suggesting low vis may have played a part in a collision between two SOLAS compliant vessels…

Barring any damage, I think Dalin and Richomme will be battling it out to the finish. Both very deserving to be where they are - it’s going to be an exciting climb north.

Charlie Dalin and co are now ahead of the race record set by Armel Le Cléac’h in 2017, and it looks like they’re set to extend that over the coming days. They’re also fast approaching Point Nemo - the point furthest from land on the planet. Closer to the ISS than other humans when they pass it!

Great picture from Éric Bellion smashing into a wave. I really like these Raison designs - to be honest, the outward canted boards were beautiful on every IMOCA.

Yeah that’s definitely not ideal. Glad there’s no wider damage - Sébastien Simon has not had the best of luck with foils, breaking two sets with his Juan K and now this.

It’s been blowy out there. Good picture her from Justine Mettraux showing her storm jib up and furled. Interesting to see a sail bag on deck and forward - that generation of foilers had quite a bow up tendency under foils. I wonder if Charal or Justine had a forward ballast tank fitted?
