on an unrelated note, can’t believe it took until 24 for me to realise that i might be autistic

my psych also told me that she never would’ve guessed that i struggle with eye contact if i hadn’t told her because i mask it really well, and at first i was like “omg i’m doing a good job at seeming normal” and then approximately 0.2 seconds later i realised that’s not a good thing

talked about a lot of stuff that i hadn’t had to think too hard about before and i’m like wait those things that people have shamed me out of doing were all my autistic traits? no wonder i’m so miserable all the goddamn time

it’s okay though because the sweet guy i’ve been seeing also liked it 🥰

you know what, that’s probably a pretty accurate assessment of me haha

this man has truly ruined my brand
