Can someone explain to me why I can't wrap my head around this as an answer to our needs?
I keep seeing these projects that dont on a large scale produce, IMO.
We have thousands and thousands of homes, and each of these takes land for maybe 10K homes.
It's a start, but nowhere near and endgame. 🤷♀️
