I think the black hair will come in later. This group has had had several babies and none have stayed white.

I read my first Octavia Butler (Kindred) and it was so heavy. I have Parable of the Sower on my list but I know with our the current events in USA I have to chose my peace and hold off on starting it right away.

I have only read Sula but I really want to read Beloved and The Bluest Eye

At least a decade has happened within the last week alone...

I just read this book and loved it! It can be a little heavy though (especially with the current state of affairs)
