Having our poor games in the cup is the lesser of evils, but gutted about how poorly it has gone today. It's one thing to play so poorly & Duff highlighting what is going wrong, but for it to then get even worse in the next game is worrying.

He's being given chances but I don't understand the hype so far. Duff is right to point out that he is young & in a new country so I hope he improves. It'll be interesting how he does in a 2 up-front, unless Woodrow has dropped back to AM.

I think midfield is the most likely area for January business. Got to be a high chance of outgoings (Westergaard, maybe even Boyd-Munce) & a more combative "athlete" in place (if Abbott is still a way off)

Duff obviously rates Taylor as he keeps getting back in the side even with the improved form of Casey. I'm still not convinced myself but that's why I'm not the head coach!

He's a good candidate for leaving in January I reckon, he's looked so good in spells but he seems to drift out of games too often. Fingers crossed we can keep it up today that midfield spine is important

That. Is. Huge! Great win for so many reasons, but mentality-wise it's massive!
Credit to Fink for winning the corner for the goal. He wasn't great when he came on but presence alone helped a lot. 4 points off playoffs!

Excellent half. We've been able to impose ourselves and limit a very effective opposition. Perfect time for a second as well. They will come out strong but lots to be positive about.

Mullins touch & ball-through for that goal was phenomenal! He's been in some brilliant positions today even if the game has whizzed by him. Can see why he's being picked in the AM role

Interesting that when Duff was asked about his ambitions he hinted that he left some previous roles too early.
I like him more every time I hear him speak, even talking about Lincoln's style of football & playing a back 4 when he normally prefers a 3. Makes you very optimistic about the future!
