Both a great review, and a description of some shit child me would eat tf up, so I don’t feel bad for all the millennials guys I’ve said, “oh this one’s great” to at my job (I say that about every movie I remotely recognize, tbf. Half of retail feels like I’m a live action sensory video for adults)

I don’t see a lot of people saying it, but one huge difference between latchkey/TV/console kids, even 00s internet, is the inherent design and curation put into that programming vs the Wild West that is YouTube content farms. Scripted sitcoms with some lessons =\= Elsa impregnates Sonic videos
