During my cool down after a run, passed by 2 girls selling lemonade. I didn't have money with me. So I ran home quickly, grabbed some money, ran back, and bought their lemonade. They were all smiles and happy. There's nothing more fulfilling than seeing kids smiling and happy.

Chromatin remodelers engage with transcription factors through β-catenin. A new story from @hodgeshc.bsky.social and @cermakova.bsky.social in Mol Cell reveals a key role for intrinsically disordered regions. Congratulations! We're really happy to help out.
How do chromatin remodelers use #IDRs to find TF binding partners? In our new Molecular Cell paper, we show that β-catenin is an adaptor that links SWI/SNF (cBAF) subunit ARID1A with binding partners via IDR-domain interactions.
