I was largely ambivalent about DS2 until the last few amazing hours made me remember why I love videogames so much. It’s worth seeing. I’m going to miss the weekly Brad/Vinny DS2 update segments.

I’m in the same spot. It’s a tough call. I think I’m going to take the W, then come back later after I play Hades 2 and FF: Tactics. It will be nice to know I got Act 3 in my back pocket for the next time I hit a gaming lull.

I remember the movie being marketed as an action film so when I watched it back in 2006 I was thoroughly confused. All these years later it’s been interesting to revisit it in its original form. As much as it is emotionally devastating, I’m also finding it strangely hopeful.

I played through this section in a fugue state last weekend. It almost broke me. But I’m going back for LP seconds and loving every minute of it.

I started reading this yesterday, thinking I’d have to delay listening to today’s episode. Instead I couldn’t put it down and hit the podcast stopping point this morning. It’s Great! Can’t wait to read the 2nd half.
