Stoked with my wee #run after not running most of winter.

I did it because of some lame news (RMA reforms amiright) and I thought running would help. Instead I ruminated on something else which just made me more angry.

Now I'm finish running I'm ok tho. :)

I don't want smart grass. I want dumb grass. Grass that won't give me adverts for things Ive said out loud on the concrete. 😡

Anyway. I woke up. Had an apple and a bit of BCAAs + electrolytes. I've found (one of those two) really help with cramping during runs..I have half before a run and the remainder after.

Nedd to work on keeping a consistent #pace but this was a bench mark so hopefully there is some pace work!
