Finally deactivated Twitter. I will miss those short, silly videos that made me chuckle, and I will no doubt miss out on announcements for concerts and events, but it felt like the most empowering thing I could do today. It's something. And now on with my day and indeed my life.

Pleased to have completed Scottish Mental Health First Aid training this week in Glasgow. An odd one in that I sort of hope I never have to use it, but I do feel better equipped to help someone in a crisis if I have to. It was great to see the variety of business investing in training their staff.
