Dip pen line practice inspired by gnarly branches and the myth of Daphne turning into a tree. I used a page from my notebook because it has very smooth paper, hence the dots.

Very shaped ammonite (probably a Nipponites) I saw at the Ruhr Museum recently.

Random fossilized ammonite I saw at the Ruhr Museum. I forgot to take a picture of the descriptive plate next to it, but during my research I found images of Nipponites ammonites which look a lot like this one.
