Happy Holidays to all and Merry Christmas (Eve) to those who celebrate it.

Tried making bread for the first time recently with a new oven. Ended up with a crispy outside and overly dough inside.

I am rather disappointed. Outside of the interior being a bit more like dough in spots, it turned out pretty decent.

So my quest to make a nice, yeast-less bread for stew begins.
