I changed my diet to pescatarian and i avoid dairy and gluten as much as possible. And I started taking Elix chinese herbs at the top of the year. Between those things, I have seen alot of improvements. It was beyond horrible prior to those changes.

My last game console was XBOX 360, when the Kinect was released. Eventually I just stopped playing at some point after that. I guess life got too busy for games. Lol.

He told me Idk nothing about Mortal Kombat and I’m like “boy I been playing MK since Sega Genesis” then he called me old. 😂
