But being old and ill what the hell can I do to try to stop the chaos?

This is getting really scary I am getting old and not in the greatest health. I feel like it a cleansing of the population.

For sure, I went through several health scares the last couple years. Doing much better and am cleared to work out again from 2 doctors. Spinal surgery and cancer treaments. Feeling much better but very weak. My partner is retiring this month. We will be getting back on the health kick.
