Day 31: 39 minute faces. Today's my rest day after uni so didn't put that much effort into these. But I do wish I should start making cleaner sketches.

Day 29: When in doubt, do some studies. Can turn my brain off and relax. Getting comfortable with the skull genuinely helps in drawing the face.

Looks a little wonky, especially the hands lol. But it was a quick sketch and I ran outta gas midway through, wanted to finish it quickly. I wanna get to a point of being able to say these rendered drawings are "pretty good" by the end of the month, and figure out colour layers

Day 27: New render study with a random character. I can see areas of improvement but, pretty happy with it considering it's like my 3rd or 4th attempt at colouring/rendering. Might actually finish this today. New year off to a good start, art wise as least

I...do not understand digital colouring at all. I have some experience with colour pencils. I can't tell if the colouring is shit, or okay. They are not meant to be realistic, I'm not that interested in realism. But still

Dsy 16: Practice drawing of Ougi Oshino. Slowly getting back to proper drawing after 2+ years and in digital. Also the sketches, one of which I didn't follow through since it felt too r34-ish lol

Day 15: (yesterday) Some more bodies. I have a hard time figuring out the distance between the body sections. But I'm getting more and more used to it.

Day 14: Upper body study. Initially I wanted to learn muscle placement as well but later thought that's not as useful for me. I've never done a anatomy study like this, so I'm quite satisfied. Hopefully I'll get better as I practice. Need to learn how to draw boobs though.

Day 8 - 13: As always these are short 30-60 min studies drawing faces. Didn't bother posting them since it's the same exact study. Had ups and downs. But I think it'll be fine when actually drawing a full body

Day 7: Heads. Didn't bother drawing details and sometimes just did Ultraman heads. Because I'm still not used to drawing intricate details, the slippery tablet isn't helping :(. I like rectangular head shapes and I think I'm more used to drawing heads now lol

Day 6: Faces again. Not super happy, doesn't feel like I'm improving. But, not unsatisfied either. I think this is because I'm drawing digitally, I still don't feel completely in control, though the new nib definitely was an improvement!
