Adventures in stabbing myself repeatedly with fine wire aka designing and making French beaded flowers. The next obvious question is do I add LEDs on this thang or on my next attempt? think I know the answer.

Got a free mini of 4160 Tuesday's - What I did on my Holidays perfume and it is the very opposite sounding to my normal perfumy vibe BUT I really enjoy it. Reading notes is bullshit but it's Top: mint, coconut, sea notes and seaweed; Mid: cotton candy and lavender; Base: ice cream and vanilla.

4160 Tuesdays - Rhubarb and Custard 1:29. Far out, this is such a realistic rhubarb and I love it. The custard and biscuityness is the perfect balance to the tart and sharp rhubarb and the next day it smells so vanillary and dreamy on my clothes. I'm impressed and delighted (and quite hungry).

One of my favourite thing things about my one eyed senior pug, Lola, is how she turns feral in apple season. She gets the windfallen apples and kills them involving growling and throwing in the air a few times. She just spent 1.5 hours outside eating at least 5 apples and fiercely defending...

My sacrifices did not appease the postal gods and no sparkly dress was delivered. Oh well, I guess I'll have yet another ridiculous sparkly dress to add to the collection of dresses I like to look at but rarely wear.

Making the requisite sacrifices to the gods of shipping so my dress for the party on Saturday is delivered tomorrow. Then I'll need to make some sacrifices to the self esteem gods to get the guts to wear the damned thing. Too many sacrifices and not enough time.
