At the station waiting to board my train to NYC! This is the first time I've used my new suitcase for non-car travel and even if the wheels weren't a million times better than my old one's, it'd be worth it just for this.

We made it to the hotel for the night! They did really well in the car, and because I got an accessible room they have plenty of room to stretch out for the night.

Sure! Here's a screenshot, and the whole recipe is in the alt text so you can copy it.
Notes: I've used both the high and low settings depending on what timing I wanted, and both came out great. I use pre-cut beef, rather than cubeing it myself. I also like to make a double batch for freezing.

Just spent way too long setting this up (because I've been procrastinating since January due to a missing stapler), but my receipts for 2025 are organized and things are actually findable and not crumpled in my purse! I don't remember where I saw this idea, but it's pretty genius, ngl.

Found a foolproof way to get Gus to stop bothering me when he thinks it's food time but it's too early: let him lick my empty ice cream cup. He stuck his entire head inside and has been washing the residue off his face for like 10 minutes. 😂
