I'm more lukewarm about A$AP Rocky. On one hand, he is a man who doesn't just wear a black tux to the Gala-- a small but crucial group. He literally calls himself Fashion Killa and he absolutely understands fashion as art.
That being said, I still have trouble accepting this outfit.

Saying Lewis Hamilton is just an F1 driver is like saying Taft was just president -- you're leaving out the part that makes him historic. For Taft, it was becoming Chief Justice of the SCOTUS. For Hamilton, it's his activism and philanthropy. Plus, he kills it at the Gala every year.
