So today we continued the baking adventure with my biggest challenge yet: a veganized cheesecake! Behold, the beast is now in the oven!

Okay so gingerbread cookies are proving more challenging than expected! First, I don’t have a cookie cutter (I was sure I had one 🤦). Second, my dough is challenging to work with. Test batch is now in the oven! However, it made me work my drawing and paper cutting skills! 😂

Sucre à la crème done! Now I need to patiently wait for it to set. (I can already hear my glucose sensor beep because of a spike!)
