Beautiful Rubber Boa I found! 😍
Washington has Boas! They don’t get very big, and they’re very shy and docile. I got to pet this one! It needed to move to a safer place than the footpath, so I gave it a pet on the butt to get it moving into the brush.

We spent a lovely day out in the woods and water at Lake Cle Elum yesterday. Vultures, chipmunks, frogs, and somebody who growled at us in the woods! 😳 That was disconcerting…
