When employers make you do “anti-bias training” but leaders don’t follow it: When having to choose who to layoff, they essentially kept most of the people who came from their last employer who they took on. They kept those who suck at their job or just run around doing “TikTok’s”. 🙄#allteaallshade

LOVING this color and hoping Rivian runs with this slightly darker silver when R2 hits production. I love my metallic dark greys but if it’s not white, black or Dark Grey/Charcoal, it feels overdone ATM. Especially black then white cars. Pearl white is okay IMO ❤️

50 best places to work 2025. No surprise Trader Joe’s tops the list. I’ve worked at TJs & Apple Retail (hopefully corporate one day), honestly the best jobs I’ve had. Every job has its challenges, but TJs & Apple are companies that genuinely care about its people/take care of its people.

I worked at TJs till 2022, helped run register sometimes. We were taught to ID anyone under 30 for alcohol, use best judgement. Women would be floored when I asked ✌️. I always wanted to get carded at 21, never did. At 38, greys in my beard, I’m surprised I’m just now getting carded. I get it now ☺️😅

I think sometimes we need to have a good chuckle or laugh. Saw this meme - I wouldn’t say new hire but maybe folks who are kept vs. those laid off - only cause they are buddy buddy with the head of departments. 😆

Biggest turn off: Tesla Drivers. I get it’s not economical to dump a #swasticar, fine. But to defend “it’s a great car, you’d punish the engineers/tesla jobs, etc”. Did you all forget the layoffs at GigaTexas? twitter/Gov jobs too? #FuckElon - he tarnished the brand. + 99% drive’em like dicks. 🙄
