Watch Visions of Escaflowne (the movie, not the show) -- its central theme is depression and suicidal ideation and the main character reckons with her own depression by seeing it writ on a larger scale in a dying world. Truly a beautiful piece, and probably useful for this kind of project.

Thank you for sharing this. I know a lot of us are tapping our foot and thinking "are you people just seeing the fascism now?" but people love their late-night hosts. If that's what it takes for folks to see he's a fascist, then fine! at least it's working!

Phrasing! It's been pointed out to you in these comments already but this is the kind of education leftists need. "You're right that Hitler's regime did this, AND ALSO did you know he was doing a lot more than that by 1939" is very different than "no you're wrong," followed by a partial correction.
