It will cost money to build advanced 6th gen NGAD fighters, in planning for like 11+years. Exports have never been a real option. US military always keeps most advanced tech to itself. NGAD fighters aren’t going built for crazy profit, going to be built to maintain global air dominance/superiority.

Most likely no other country will be allowed to operate, just like the F-22 the US doesn’t allow export of, to ensure the US maintains air supremacy.
