So cool! No idea cats could wear one! Years ago, we had a diabetic cat, also a tortie and needed to get her glucose from her ear.

Getting her blood sugars wasn’t that difficult, but that cat had a stellar internal clock. She knew to try and slink off 3-4mins before BG time.

I think we need to support the industries that contribute to climate change to protect the economy today. Few more pipelines and ending rebates for green tech and covering the land with massive thirsty AI data centres is great. Uninsurable properties with no lending can be a tomorrow problem.

Thank you, yours too! I wish the store had bigger pumpkins so I could add more to it, love the way you added the “Go Jays” up the side, it really does look great!

I wonder just how many houses will be decorated with some jays themed halloween pumpkins tonight. :D

Yeah I bought ours over a week ago and it was really slim pickings & the store was already nearly out. They were all on the smaller side too and i had wanted to add more to the design but needed a bigger one to really make it look good.

Because he promised retribution against people they don’t like. Hate’s expensive. Now they get to enjoy going broke and for some losing their farms.

“We need supply. In order to get supply, we need money. In order to get money, let it come from a different country and they can rent out the suites and we’ll go back to some type of equilibrium.”

But foreign capital can still be used to fund purpose built rental apartment buildings. Also “supply”

“Real estate prices became completely detached from what people were actually able to earn in British Columbia, meaning young people were priced out of the housing market.”

Anyone young or older who didn’t already own or didn’t have access from parents money, or inheritance money to buy got stuck

Feels like it’s getting dryer and crispier. And unnerving to see the trees in the distance start to turn brown. Never felt such relief to see the rain!

Woah that’s terrible, I wouldn’t even need a rescue dog to burn down my home, I’d be clumsy enough to bump into it and do it all on my own.
