Used to order books for a bookstore and from a little research, it looks like resellers have to order through Hachette for LB Ink. Can contact Hachette here for more info: customer.service@hbgusa.com! Hachette *may* fall under Ingram now, but last time I ordered 4-5 yrs ago, my orders were separate
