I'm following an issue that cropped up over the last few days. It only JUST impacted me, but I think that may be due to the fact that I updated retroarch and my cores

Earlier this year, I burned out from streaming. Life and stream were off-balance and I paid the price.
Affiliate to partner is a marathon, not a sprint.
I took a break for a month, shortened my streams, played what I loved and most importantly, had fun again.

My chair is wonderful (WorkPro Quantum 9000 Mid-Back), but I feel like I am constantly making tiny adjustments all day. Is that normal?

We got distracted and spent most of the stream chatting, looking for a nice pair of pants, and hoping for good rng on loot drops.
Ended off on the first half of the Clouds mission, which made me sleepy. Then I got wrecked trying to sneak into VIP.

Simplified and streamlined my live-stream workflow, rebuilt my Discord server from the ground up, and now all I have to do is the "fun" stuff like chat event alerts

I didn't really think this name change through. So many stream tools are broken. I didn't notice during stream, but when I was going through my vod, I noticed a lot of alerts and visuals not functioning. Looks like I'm updating OBS overlays today

When I first started streaming, I watched countless YT videos on how to build a discord community. While the advice was useful, I think a lot of it can be summed up in two parts
"keep it simple" & "start with a good foundation of permissions and roles"
From there it's easy to build upon and grow

A while back, I decided to migrate my physical game cartridges into my PC. Since then, I have felt a sense of peace when playing these wonderful games. I no longer worry about damaging them, or having to maintain physical hardware. It's nice to know they'll always be there when I need them.
