I love this. THAT’s the kind of friendship I like.

Consciously stim as much as possible to help the meltdown work through my system

Absolutely. Our struggles are intertwined, and our liberation is collective. Always standing together. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️♾️

Yes, both can be true. People deserve access to meds that help and the right to informed consent, non-coercive care, and alternatives. The system’s failures aren’t a reason to restrict access—they’re a call to do better.

First off, yes always a hoodie or sweatshirt of some kind being worn. Secondly, 100% YES TO THIS. Thirdly, I always roll up my sleeves and panic ensues when one of my sleeves start creeping down my arm and getting ever closer to the water. Horrible, just horrible.

I really appreciate this. It’s so easy to forget, but it’s true—we all deserve love and happiness 🤍

Yes yes and YES. You should be able to celebrate yourself without all the bullshit. I hope you get more moments of pure, uninterrupted joy.

I hate that you have to fight this hard just to get your kid the care they deserve. You’re doing an amazing job advocating for them. Finding affirming, non-ABA therapy is so hard, especially with the insurance barriers. Have you looked into DIR/Floortime or occupational therapy?
